LACAHUD LEPANY MANDEVILLE is a partnership that was created on the 1st of January 1994 by Yves Lachaud and Franceline Lepany, attorney to the Paris Bar respectively since 1978 and 1974. Since its creation, the firm is located 55 rue de Rivoli, Paris, 1st district. The creation of the firm stems from the desire to gather in the same professional structure attorneys specialized in various but complementary domains, who share the same conception of the role of a lawyer in his judicial and counselling activities with businesses and individuals.
Yves Lachaud, in parallel with his practice in criminal law, has rapidly become specialized in both business law and agricultural law. Starting in the mid-80’s he has also developed a dominant area in the field health law.
Franceline Lepany, specialized in employment law since the beginning of her career, deals essentially with the different aspects of employment law and the individual as well as collective conflicts with companies.
In early 2003, the firm has integrated as a new partner Bernard Mandeville. His activity is equally divided between commercial litigation and corporate law, his first specialty, as well as agricultural and food industry, subjects for which he received a specialization in 2002.
