The firm’s fees are invoiced in accordance with the applicable regulatory principles and the ethical recommendations of the Paris Bar.
The firm’s intervention (advice and litigation) are agreed upon, prior to any diligence, in a binding letter which clarifies the financial modalities of invoicing.
The invoicing method generally used is one according to the accomplished tasks, on an hourly rate which varies depending on the attorney (associate or partner ), the nature of the case, the juridical and fiscal status of the client (businesses, professionals, individuals, whether VAT is applicable or not).
The fixed hourly rate includes all the fees and expenses that the firm shall bear, except for all outside fees, which will be invoiced independently (travel expenses, bailiff, correspondent attorneys, attorneys before the Courts of Appeal).
A fixed fee can be agreed upon regarding the execution of certain legal services.
